MJHK Studios makes no caim to the ownership or copyrights of material distributed through DA that is not written by MJHK Studios or a representative thereof. All rights and ownership are retained by the original author and/or publisher of the material, and it is the responsibility of said author and/or publisher to comply with all applicable copyright laws.

By submitting material to MJHK Studios for hosting and distribution through the MJHK Studios website, the user certifies that the user has sufficient rights to publish or distribute the material. This includes ownership of copyright, permission from the copyright holder, or compliance with a third party agreement with the copyright holder. If the user does not include a License Agreement with the distributed material, the material will be dustributed under the default agreement as laid out in the DA End User License Agreement.

If a download is found to contain infringing material, it will be removed from the MJHK Studios website. MJHK Studios may contact the user or the copyright holder, at our discretion. Repeat offenders may be found to be in violation of the DA End User License Agreement, and MJHK Studios may terminate the user's license.

Our web policies and agreements apply only to links and pages within the MJHK Studios website. We are not responsible for any other sites accessed through links from our site. Please verify the policies of the individual websites as necessary

All images displayed on the MJHK Studios website as managed by MJHK Studios, and all images or files distributed with MJHK Studios material is copyright MJHK Studios unless noted otherwise.
